Task:
The client needed to present the results of multiple large-scale customer experience studies in a way that would actually be read and understood by internal teams. The original data existed in the form of complex tables, spreadsheets, and long survey summaries.Visit Website
We transformed the dry research data into a narrative-driven digital story. Instead of just publishing charts and figures, we created a family of fictional characters representing different generations. Each of them interacted with the bank's services in realistic scenarios.
Result:
This project introduced a new format for internal research communication — one that engages, educates, and drives action. By transforming raw data into a compelling narrative, it helped bank employees better navigate a vast amount of information, understand real customer experiences, and make smarter, more human-centered decisions.
